We have been in the Systems Integration business for 9 years now and have had pretty good success in our early years, hence having quite a few existing maintenance contracts (close to 200k annual) to sustain the business in years to come. In addition, we have a couple of ongoing projects with both existing and new customers and have potential deals in the pipeline for 2022 as well.
Unfortunately, my partner and I are intending to relocate out of Singapore and hence, i would like to sell the business and hand over my legacy to someone who is as passionate in the SI and IT industry as me to ensure the efforts we have painstakingly put in all these years do not go to waste.
