Our client is one of the largest logistics and commercial property company in Singapore with a property size of 1 million sq feet. Their valuation of property is valued in the range of $200 to $300 million SGD.

Our client is looking to set up a new business division and expand into food storage/trucking business using their premises. The second generation will be fronting this business. They have reputable customers with existing contracts e.g. CJ logistics, DB Schenker for this business.
Our client is looking for $500,000 for 20% equity in the company. Investment mainly will be used to buy new trucks, as premises is already there.

ROI is 1% per month on your $500k, $5,000 per month

2. In the event company is loss making, there is a guaranteed buy back of company by the parent company after 3 years

3. If company is profit making, the $500,000 share of 20% will be re-evaluated to fair market value and be bought at higher price, so will be capital gains
