We have our regular customer base so new owner just need to put in effort to maintain the existing business. There are office, residential units above our shop, church and hotel around the vincinity, so shop is well located facing queens street.
My parents have been running the shop for 2 years and they are planning to retire. This is a stable source of income, and more importantly need to be commited to the run the shop to keep the business moving forward. There are also opportunity to expand this business with providing regular fruit supply to offices around the area and also going into delivery.
