We have been the electric scooter business for 3 years

We also have a retail shop that is GST registered (have to register for GST becasue 2017 revenue is >1M)

The e-scooter sharing industry is growing at unbelievable rate now (Esp in san francisco) and will soon replace bike sharing

major companies like uber, grab, lyft are rushing into this industry

Our business model:
start our own small scale scooter sharing program in SG
License our system to other startups all over the world
Sell scooters and IoT devices to other companies

We have received over 100 enquiries in the last 3 weeks from startups from all over the world

In the last 3 months we are working on our own escooter sharing technology and made the following progress:
- developed custom version of escooters designed for scooter sharing
- develop IoT modules for escooter
- started on backend system and app

with the boom in e-scooter sharing, especially in US San Francisco, we decide to launch our own e-scooter program
